Habitat for Humanity of Chester County is hosting the first Hops for Homes Beer Festival on June 18, 2022, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Exton Square Mall. Signature HVAC is thrilled to join other local businesses in sponsoring the event.
One of Signature HVAC’s most important values is to be available 24/7 when someone in Chester County needs our HVAC expertise to keep families comfortable. Our team is honored to support Habitat’s mission to provide housing and economic stability to Chester County’s families when they need it most.
As part of the event, local breweries like Be Here Brewing, La Cabra Brewing, Hares Hill Brewing, and Stolen Sun Craft Brewing will be in attendance, brewing their finest beers for participants to taste and make a difference in the future of our community.
Event Details
The Hops for Homes Beer Festival will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Exton Square Mall parking lot.
Tickets are $35 per person if you plan on tasting some of the craft beers poured by local breweries, or $5 per designated driver attending the event. There will also be food trucks, yard games, and live music. No pets allowed. No one under 21 will be admitted.

Signature HVAC’s Role in Habitat’s Plans to Build 57 Homes Over the Next Five Years
Habitat for Humanity of Chester County’s goal is to build 57 homes over the next five years. As part of Signature HVAC’s sponsorship, we will provide all the flooring for one home.
Each beer festival sponsor will provide materials like windows, doors, electrical fixtures, flooring, and interior wall paint.
